• Dormant accounts (no login or gaming activity for 365 consecutive days) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from the account balance. You will be notified via email 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.3 Account Closure by User

You may request permanent closure of your ug188 account at any time by contacting customer service. Upon closure:

• You must withdraw your entire account balance before closure. Balances under Rp 10,000 may be forfeited.
• All pending bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited immediately.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10,000 for major banks and e-wallets; Rp 25,000 for select regional banks.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for major banks; Rp 10,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets. Daily aggregate deposit limits may apply based on your account status and verification level.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly. In rare cases where technical issues or bank delays occur, deposits may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact customer service with your transaction reference number.
• Fees: ug188 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

5.3 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms. Third-party deposits may indicate money laundering, fraud, or underage gambling facilitation. Any funds deposited from third-party sources will be:

• Immediately frozen and withheld from your available balance.
• Returned to the source account (minus any applicable processing fees) without allowing any wagering activity.
• Reported to relevant authorities if suspicious activity is detected.
• Treated as grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances if you repeat this violation.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your ug188 account, you must:

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

• You must wager (turnover) your deposited funds at least one (1) time before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total bets before withdrawing. This requirement applies separately to each deposit.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible (e.g., deposit via e-wallet, withdrawal to bank), you may be required to provide additional verification.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by ug188

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account access immediately, without prior notice, if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.
• Your account is under investigation for security reasons or suspicious activity.

11.2 Permanent Termination
